Is there anyone locally who would be interested in joining the small, friendly group of volunteers who help to run and maintain Clevelands, a large attractive building that provides self-contained rented accommodation for the over 60’s with a local connection? No special qualifications are required to join the committee, just an interest in helping to keep the Residents living independently. We have monthly meetings and all take our part in the work needed to administer Rents, Finances, Maintenance etc., thereby contributing to the smooth running of Clevelands.
This Accommodation comprises a range of flats and studio flats, all of which have bathrooms and kitchens. There are also communal areas including a lounge with TV and computer, laundry facilities, communal kitchen and a lovely well-maintained garden with seating areas. We have a part-time Warden who deals with day-to-day matters and an Alarm Call System, which operates when she is off duty. Many of our Residents have lived at Clevelands for many years.
One of the studio flats is available at this current time and anyone who would like to find out more can call the Warden on the number given below.
