Water supply in the southeast of England is no longer something we
take for granted, following the driest two-year spell in four decades.
Then there’s the current hosepipe ban – meaning we are all now much more
aware of the benefits of capturing rainwater for use in our gardens.
But what if you had a tank big enough to capture enough water to use in the garden for more than a few days?
Garden Projects Sussex sells recycled water tanks of approx 1 cubic
metre in size, giving you a 1000 litre capacity tank, which is housed in
a frame and seated on a base, designed to take the weight, with a big
tap ready fitted!
In a previous life, these tanks contained
PVA (water based and water soluble) glue, so they will need to be rinsed
out before use. We are happy to deliver untreated tanks for £100 each,
or fully rinsed tanks for £135 each, within a 20 mile radius of
Hassocks.
