Historic Sussex Hotels are hosting a sponsored Bike Ride Event on Sunday 9th September 2012 in support of the appeal to raise £3.7million to build the Sussex Macmillan Cancer Support Centre.
The ride is a challenging 52-mile cycle starting with a healthy breakfast smoothie at 8am at Ockenden Manor Hotel & Spa, arriving for a light lunch at The Spread Eagle Hotel & Spa and then ending at Bailiffscourt Hotel & Spa for a mid-afternoon glass of Ridgeview Estate Sparkling Wine.

Marie Curie Cancer Care in Sussex
Join us for an evening walk through the Cowdray Estate at twilight for the inaugural Spread Eagle Walk Ten for Marie Curie Cancer Care on Sunday 2nd September at 7pm.
Setting off at dusk you’ll follow a 10k route through the estate and return to a live jazz band, hot food and bar at the Spread Eagle Hotel & Spa and a chance to create your own memory lantern in celebration of a loved one.
Enjoy the live entertainment until 10pm when there’ll be an address by a Marie Curie Nurse, followed with a minutes silence finished with fireworks.
